We typically provide Management Assessment services to enterprises for the following purposes:
- Candidates selection for management positions: The target groups are executives, top and middle managers
- Leadership potential evaluation
- Career development decisions
- Team building and development
- Performance improvement: Assessment is done for development purposes, followed by action plans and by further training and/or coaching programs
We use different assessment tools, like structured professional interviews, which are focused on key competencies evaluations, 360-degree feedback evaluation surveys, as well as psychological metrics - including well-validated and thoroughly selected instruments, questionnaires and tests.
All participants in the assessment project will receive feedback, and we will create consolidated reports in a descriptive appraisal format with a résumé of the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, followed by development recommendations depending on each situation’s unique needs.
