We often use “Search and Selection” (call applicants via advertising) services for search of certain middle-manager positions, junior managers, professionals with specific technical skills and specialists in the regions.
Initially we will together with the client, discuss and define the job requirements, necessary educational levels, skills, experience and personal abilities. Based on these requirements, we will prepare our proposal and make an outline of the profile.
When an agreement is in place, we will prepare and agree upon the job- and search-profiles. The search process continues with searches in Vitus Bering Management’s database as well as advertisement(s) in relevant media (web sites and professional magazines) calling for applications and CVs.
The applicants are screened and the most suitable will be interviewed. Based on these interviews, we will select the final candidates to be presented to our clients in person. For the final selected candidate(s), we will take references, carry out any physiological tests and assessments that have been agreed upon, and participate in the final discussions with the candidates.
