All our services within ‘Business Performance Improvement’ would start with a ‘Performance & Efficiency Review’ in order to identify issues and problems, as well as performance and efficiency gaps. We will then describe what these issues and gaps represent in terms of KPIs, lost revenue and extra costs. By benchmarking the deviations according to best practises, we will identify opportunities for improvements.
The opportunities identified by the Performance & Efficiency Review would be listed and prioritised according to, how fast they can contribute to improvements and also the resources/costs needed for the implementation. The necessary actions will be formulated in action plans and timetables.
