We often conduct workshops and seminars with an enterprise’s top executives and/or Board of Directors or with a group of enterprises (often from the same industry and business sector) on “How to do business in Russia”. Different enterprises have different needs, and we tailor the content according to the specific needs and necessary topics.

An example of seminars conducted is a Business development seminar for top management of a Scandinavian Engineering company on business opportunities in Russia and how (and how not) to do business in Russia.

For expatriate staff moving to Russia we typically assist with an introduction to the Russian business climate and we can also give advise on a regular or semi-regular basis.
